Championship Football League
After an undefeated season, Northern Colorado Nightmare, led by Head Coach, Rashad Ray, and Staff, dominated the Championship Football League. In the championship game at "The Boneyard" over the Colorado Sting, 47-14.
Coastal Plain League
The Wilmington Sharks defeated the Lexington County Blowfish 9-2 in Game 2 of the Petitt Cup Championship Series to clinch their first championship since 1999 and third in franchise history.
Heartland Football Association 
The Omaha Stockmen scored on a two-point conversion in overtime to defeat the Minneapolis Warriors 22-21.  It was the third Heartland championship for the Stockmen.  
Major League Cricket
In a spectacular display of power hitting and strategic bowling, Washington Freedom etched their name on the Cognizant Major League Cricket 2024 trophy with a massive 96-run victory over the San Francisco Unicorns in the Championship final at Grand Prairie Stadium.  (Read more here)
Major League Indoor Soccer
The league announced its expansion into international territory with the introduction of the Canadian Crusaders, based in Toronto. This marks a significant milestone as MLIS welcomes its first non-U.S. team, setting the stage for a new era of cross-border competition. (Read more here)
National Arena League
The Shreveport Rouxgaroux have been added to the league and will be on the 2025 schedule.
West Coast Pacific Minor Football League (WCPMFL)
The Grit City Knights (Tacoma, Washington) defeated the Portland Raiders 28-23 to win their first championship in their third year of existence.

Union Hockey League Begins 2023-2024 Season

The Union Hockey League (UHL) which is a senior "A" semi-pro hockey league representing the Midwest and Northeast, will begin their 2023-2024 season this month with eight teams.   The UHL is hybrid league, a mix between semi-professional hockey and senior hockey, with players being compensated for travel and other expenses via a ticket sales split but allowing them to retain their amateur status. Players can also make a substantial commission by selling season tickets and partnerships. Each team will be playing a 32-game season, with two tournaments against other senior leagues in the works to bring the season total up to 40. Three leagues have started their seasons. Chihuahua Savage Repeat as MASL Champions

With all of the attention on Monterrey with their undefeated regular season record, it was the Chihuahua Savage which took the spotlight as they completed a sweep of the Kansas City Comets in the Ron Newman Cup final. With the score tied at 4-4 with 1:20 left, Hugo Puentes took the ball to the left side of the goal and in a half-turn, scored for the 5-4 game winner and series clincher for the Savage and repeat as Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) champions. The Savage also won a thriller in the first game of the series in Kansas City 4-3.  The Comets lead 3-1 but Chihuahua overcame that deficit with goals from Roberto Escalante and Puentes.  Escalante notched the game-winner with 3:44 left. Chihuahua swept the Baltimore Blast in last year's final. The Savage finished the regular season 16-7-1 and second place behind the San Diego Sockers in the Western Conference.  They lost the first game of the playoffs to the Tacoma Stars but then won the next two at home to advance to the confer
